Scope of Role:

  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease. Including cleaning, catering and more
  • Provide general support to visitors and employees
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
  • Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and Happy hours
  • Employment and compliance with regulatory concerns regarding employees;
  • compensation and benefits administration

Requirements

  • Proven experience as administration manager
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, problem-solving skills
  • Confident and effective communicator, verbally and written
  • A team player with leadership skills
  • BSc/BA in business administration or relative field
