We are searching for a talented HR Associate Services Coordinator to be based out of our corporate headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio

The HR Associate Services Coordinator will join an established team and will assume a primary contact role for incoming inquiries, issues and requests related to HR processes & transactions. The role has responsibility to provide HR service delivery to HR, associates, management, retirees, and vendors relating to Human Resources, Benefits, Compensation, Policies, Talent Management, and Payroll. The ASC is responsible for processing transactions and providing exemplary client service for inquiries, phone calls, e-mails, or walk-ups; escalates complex Tier 2 requests to the proper functional SME; utilizes case management system for issue tracking; researches issues using documented job aids, processes, procedures and knowledge base (MainStreet) and other HRAS staff for critical knowledge support.



  • Analyzes and responds to inquiries from associates, management, retirees, and vendors regarding a variety of HR services using knowledge base, established processes and job aids. Utilizes best practices to gather information, seek clarity, summarize and communicate best responses. Educates associates whenever answers can be found using employee self-service. Maintains proactive contact with clients to ensure awareness of status until resolution. Recognizes inquires that are beyond the scope of HR Associate Services and executes escalation practices. Applies acquired knowledge and skills within company policies and procedures to complete assigned cases.
  • Completes routine and semi-routine transactional HR work following established procedures as defined by team processes and job aids. Processes transactions within time and quality standards. Confirms data accuracy and maintains appropriate controls for audit verifications. Understands sensitivity of information and maintains confidentiality. Through effective writing skills, documents inquiries and transactions using case management system. Records information with just-in time practices to ensure data integrity.
  • Actively participates in team efforts that enhance the quality, credibility, and efficiency of the team. Develops job aids and process documentation and initiates process improvements. Participates in UAT systems testing. Performs other duties as requested.
  • Executes specialized HR support processes outside of case management and transactional duties which may include timecard audits and reviews, LOA preparation, and submission to payroll based on documented processes.


  • This position requires an Associate Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
  • Prior HR experience supporting functional areas such as benefits, payroll, recruiting, etc. is STRONGLY preferred
  • 3-5 years of required experience in customer service experience in call center, Shared Services or related environment, soft skills required include organization, time management and ability to multi-task, analytical, troubleshooting and issue resolution experience
  • 1-2 years of preferred experience in working in a fast paced environment.
  • 3-5 years of preferred experience in HR system maintenance and data entry
  • Required skills for this positon include: technical aptitude, interpersonal and team skills, written and verbal communications, problem solving, and customer service
  • This position requires up to 10% travel
