Description HR Coordinator/Recruiter- To provide temporary support to the Human Resources Department; 40 hours per week. The support will come in key areas including the recruitment process, handling general incoming HR phone lines, and maintaining applicant records. The qualified candidate will have knowledge of the following: - Understanding of the recruiting process - Uphold the value of confidentiality within Human Resources Recruiting - Gain a commitment to professionalism in the workplace through appearance, timeliness and communication skills - Responsible for fostering a positive and professional appearance The qualified candidate will be in charge of maintaining the following objectives: - Cover phone lines for Human Resources team and direct incoming calls to the appropriate person - Assist in the arrangement of job postings on the internet and company website - Source candidates through multiple recruiting methods and channels - Conduct initial resume and phone screenings to ensure candidates have initial qualifications for positions according to the relevant job criteria - Schedule interviews with Human Resources Team for qualified candidates and maintain appointment calendars - Managing candidates using the ATS (applicant tracking system) - Schedule pre-employment assessments for qualified candidates - Assist in the creation of the new employee orientation schedules - Other duties as assigned The HR Coordinator position will be a temporary position which will run for an estimated 3-4 months but has the potential to go permanent for the right candidate. This position will pay anywhere from $16-$18/hr on the temporary and will work Monday-Friday.
