  • Coordinates & supports the recruitment and employment activities of Lifespire. 
  • Assist with developing a comprehensive recruitment program to promote career opportunities with Lifespire.
  • Assist with targeting appropriate communities & networking with recruitment staff to expand contacts. 
  • Assist supervisors throughout the interviewing process, conduct interviews & reference checks & extends offers. 
  • Interviews applicants to obtain work history, education,  job skills & salary requirements. 
  • Maintain recruitment files, transfers & referrals ensures that all files are accurate & up-to-date.
  • Assist with fingerprint appointments for all prospective employees.

 

Requirements

Some previous recruitment/employment experience a must.

  • Must have strong computer and Internet experience.
  • Must have the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with other management staff, employees, and the general public.
  • Must exemplify a professional attitude, be energetic, personable and have the ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
  • Some travel throughout the metro-area required.
