The Benefits, Compensation & HRIS department is seeking an HRIS Supervisor (Administrative Analyst/Planner). The position will provide analytical and data reporting support for institutional and HR initiatives and requests, and will have the technical expertise, tools and systems experience needed to provide excellent customer service to our internal and external customers. The position will be responsible for maintaining quality, integrity and consistency of data within departmental and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), and will serve as the first point of contact for institutional data requests.

In addition to the above technical skills, this positions will supervise several nonexempt staff on the Benefits Processing and Reporting Team, and will provide expertise in benefit-related processes workflow and systems.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management Information Systems, or related field and two to four years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources or an equivalent combination of education and experience which must include some previous supervision. Database administration skills and proficiency with database and spreadsheet applications required. Proficiency in report development and delivery, and working with HR systems. Demonstrated ability to work independently to resolve problems and assess and improve workflow. Effective written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to serve as effective team member on collaborative projects. Demonstrated success working with a range of culturally and ethnically diverse populations and evidence of commitment of fostering a collaborative multicultural environment.
