Job Details

The Human Resources Generalist will be based in Baltimore, MD and will provide HR support to team members across approximately 50 corporate owned Domino's locations in the Baltimore and DC areas. The Human Resources Generalist will work closely with Operations and have a high focus on Employee Relations.

Daily responsibilities of the Human Resources Generalist include:

  • Investigate Employee Relations issues and promote a Positive Work Environment
  • Analyze recruitment needs in difficult markets and develop strategies to ensure adequate staffing levels
  • Develop and conduct human resources education and skills training
  • Plan and facilitate open enrollment process and events at the market level
  • Help train, standardize and track the performance management and disciplinary process to fit market’s SOPs
  • Follow-up on drug testing compliance, motor vehicle re-run violations, job tax credit program compliance, child labor compliance, new hire legal compliance, workman’s compensation issues, unemployment claims as necessary, etc.
  • Conduct human resources systems reviews quarterly to monitor recruitment practices, employee morale, compliance, and involuntary termination appropriateness
  • Run and communicate HRIS reports each period, review new hire packets, PeopleSoft responsibility
  • Plan market events: holiday parties, picnics, years of service, etc


  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field required
  • 3-5 years HR generalist experience required (to include recruiting, employee relations, training, compensation and benefits, HRIS administration)
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills required
  • Outstanding motivation skills and positive attitude required
  • Experience with project and process management preferred
  • SHRM-CP Preferred
  • Ability to schedule, coordinate, and monitor multiple activities (“multi-tasking”) required
  • Capability with PeopleSoft, MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) required
  • Ability to travel within the Baltimore/ DC area required
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule required
