(CALEA), the American Correctional Association (ACA), and the National Commission on Correctional Healthcare (NCCHC). Additionally the agency is accredited by the Florida Model Jails (FMJ).

Requirements


 Qualifications:

* Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field
* Five (5) years' experience in Human Resources with two (2) years' supervisory experience
* Or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Must possess a valid Florida driver's license.

Example of duties to include, but not limited to:

* Oversees applicant interview and hiring process and ensures compliance with all current local, state, and federal employment laws;
* Presents all non-sworn applicant files both internal and external hires to administration for final approval;
