**JOB DESCRIPTION**



Positions open at our offices nationwide! Starting in the Management Training Program in a **Recruiting or Business Development role** , you will recruit and interview professionals for temporary/contract and temporary-to-hire/contract-to-hire positions with our clients as well as introduce our services to prospective clients and build upon existing client relationships. We are looking to add innovative, results-oriented individuals to the Management Training Program to help take our recruiting and business development strategies to the next level. With your success in this role, you will have the opportunity to advance quickly within Robert Half.



In your role as a **Management Training Program** - **Recruiter,** your responsibilities will include:



+ Manage all aspects of temporary and temporary to full time hiring, including: devising search strategies, drafting and placing advertisements, evaluating resumes, coordinating/managing telephone, office and Skype interviews, and writing emails promoting our most placeable candidates

+ Strategize with teammates to accomplish weekly business growth goals

+ Providing the highest quality customer service to candidates

+ Providing career guidance and consistent communication to candidates

+ Responsible for searching internal database for active/inactive candidates

+ Utilize LinkedIn and other search strategies to attract candidates

+ Search job boards (CareerBuilder, Monster, Indeed, etc.) for candidates

+ Manage initial candidate relationships to maintain satisfaction

+ Responsible for locating and tracking candidates working for the competition

+ Obtain leads to pass along to staffing professionals

+ Maintain accuracy of applications through inputting necessary criteria into internal database.



In a **Business Development role,** your responsibilities will include:



+ Work in a team environment and have responsibility for negotiating and developing business with new and current clients.

+ Selecting well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders and maintain on-going contact with client companies and temporary/contract professionals currently on assignment to ensure both receive exceptional customer service. In addition, resolve any customer service issues quickly and efficiently in order to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction

+ Developing and grow your own client base by marketing our services for temporary/contract and temporary-to-hire/contract-to-hire staffing solutions

+ Strategic email campaigns to target contacts that provide value

+ Participating in local trade association and networking events to solidify Robert Half’s presence in the local business community

+ Marketing to clients via telephone as well as conducting in-person meetings with key managers to senior-level executives, for the purpose of marketing our services to prospective clients and building on existing client relationships

+ Strategize with teammates to accomplish weekly business growth goals



**Qualifications:**



+ Bachelor's degree with a major in Marketing, Management, Information Systems, Business, Finance or Accounting and a GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.

+ 0+ years’ previous professional experience

+ Prior leadership or internship experience required

+ Strong/high proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and a high technical aptitude

+ Excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, self-confidence and a high sense of urgency
