Position Summary:

Enable transformation business results by providing programs and solutions that increase the overall capabilities and effectiveness of individuals across the organization.  Solutions will span both competency development and job specific training to set our employees up for success

Essential Job Functions[1]:

Determine scope, schedule, and resource requirements for development of learning solutions across the business

  1. 1.     Partner with clients to determine skills and knowledge needs, development projects
  2. 2.     Liaise with leaders across the business regarding learning requirements: conducts needs analysis; prioritization of learning tasks, development of learning agendas;  Influence and drive learning recommendations for implementation
  3. 3.     Develop learning strategy; Support development of new training courses
  4. 4.     Oversee supplier development of learning
  5. 5.     Manage course quality and provide facilitation support and guidance
  6. 6.     Partner across HR on the design of key HR programs: provide feedback, input, and change management considerations to ensure that end products are relevant, applicable and achieve desired end results
  7. 7.     Drive design and delivery of Onboarding
  8. 8.     Curate learning materials and make them accessible to staff
  9. 9.     Conduct project/program management; design and deliver based on customer needs

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 years of experience as a HR Generalist, client facing/consulting roles.  Organization development experience preferred
- 7 years of experience in instructional design and learning development 
- 3 years of experience in project management/project delivery

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Industrial/Labor Relations, Organizational Psychology or Communications
- PHR, SPHR, Coaching certification

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  1. Ability to work independently.
  2. Strong initiative and actions/results orientation.
  3. Exhibits strong communication skills  (verbal /written) and ability to facilitate strong partnerships across diverse stakeholders
  4. Excellent listening and problem solving skills.
  5. Customer Focus.
