The primary focus of this role is the health, development, and support of Palantiri. In other words, all things people. The day to day tasks encompass onboarding new employees, benefits administration, coaching & talent development, recruiting, cultivating and exuding our unique and inclusive culture.

The People Operations Manager will ensure policies and procedures relating to employee programs are consistently administered and aligned with organizational goals as well as in compliance with professional standards, state and federal regulatory requirements and laws. They will also plan, direct and facilitate all people operation initiatives involving recruitment, compensation, wellness programs, training and employee relations. 

The ideal candidate believes that excellence comes from supporting their communities, listening and understanding, and advocating and empowering others to do their best work.

Primary Focus

  • Listen, support, and advocate for employees on personnel matters

  • Advise and coach managers and directors on HR policies and programs including employee relations issues

  • Cultivate and nurture team culture through initiatives and employee engagement programs

  • Administer HRIS system (BambooHR)

  • Administer employee benefits programs

  • Onboard and offboard employees

  • Collaborate with Directors in recruitment and hiring decisions

  • Develop and oversee policy administration as it relates to employee agreements

  • Manage business insurance policies

  • Collaborates daily with Business Operations Manager

  • Collaborates with Directors on hiring and personnel matters


Work experience of 3 - 5 years in an HR generalist or similar role is preferred. Applicants with past experience in technology firms or working with web professionals will be more heavily weighted in the interview process. Applicants from small, medium, and large companies and institutions are all welcome, though it should be noted that Palantir.net is currently a small business with fewer than 50 employees.
