Description Our client is seeking an IT Recruiter to help their team with increased hiring needs. They are seeking someone to specifically be working on reviewing resumes for a high volume requisition load specifically within IT. They will utilize a consultative recruiting approach to source, assess, and select top technical talent. They are seeking someone who can employ creative, customized approaches to supplement traditional sourcing methods. They are seeking someone who can articulate their value proposition to candidates and sustain strong relationships with Hiring Leaders and HR Partners.
