Description We are looking for a spunky, well-organized Recruiter to join the team! This person will be acting as a liaison for the company between all candidates in the interview process, recruits, and early stage new hires. We are partnering with a company with a powerful brand name that sells itself and looking for a Recruiter to join the team. The team isn't afraid to invest in tools and technology that helps the corporate recruiting team find the best talent! Located in a gorgeous office in the heart of SF Financial District, the company environment is collaborative, upbeat, and fun for this non-metrics driven role. If you are immediately available apply ASAP to be considered! Recruiter Responsibilities:

* Manage the end-to end-recruitment process for high-volume

* Responsible for screening and evaluating applicants and resumes including scheduling, testing, and candidate communications

* Communicate over the phone with job seekers to assess communication and technical skills

* Responsible for in-depth explanations of the company as an employer and pitch specific job opportunities

* Conduct in-person interviews daily, utilizing behavioral interviewing techniques and strong questioning

* Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs of the department and specifics about the role(s)

* Collaborate with HR Coordinator and recruiting team for opening new job requisitions and monitoring the job posting process

* Partner with third-party staffing agencies as necessary for hard to fill positions and handling all vendor coordination

* Prequalify candidates based on job description details and present qualified candidates to hiring managers for further consideration

* Manage multiple open positions simultaneously

* Working with candidates and hiring managers to make job placements based on skill as well as fit

* Work collaboratively with internal recruiting team to ensure that the company is bringing on the best possible talent with a strong sense of urgency

* Manage applicant flow within ATS

* Prepare recruitment status reports and metrics for hiring managers on a weekly basis

* Manage offer and negotiations with final candidates and coordinate pre-hire and on-boarding steps with HR Coordinator

*Requirements:* Skills Knowledge:

* 1-2+ years full cycle recruiting experience (agency or internal)

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

* Strong time management skills

* Proficient in Google Drive Gmail

* Strong communication skills and pro-active approach

* Familiar with attraction strategies and selection techniques

* Ability to connect cross-functionally across difference departments

* Sense of humor Compensation starts at $20/hour on a 2-3 month contract basis with the opportunity to continue and convert as FTE.
