This position is located within the Talent Acquisition team in Human Resources. The Classification and Compensation Analyst will be responsible for administering classification and compensation functions for the University’s workforce, providing technical expertise and advice to key stakeholders including hiring managers, University leadership, and HR partners. This position will analyze and evaluate positions for alignment with University’s compensation practices, collective bargaining agreements, and internal and external comparators. The Classification and Compensation Analyst will also conduct research and may develop related proposals for compensation program updates. This position develops and delivers training for key stakeholders.
