POSITION SUMMARY
Radiology Partners has an open position for a Compensation Analyst. This individual will be conducting analysis on internal and external salary statistics and leading the creation of salary bands & job families.  Based on the information and analysis, the Compensation Analyst will recommend, develop, and implement appropriate teammate compensation structures. This structure involves configuring pay grades and evaluating teammate titles.
 
POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Lead and develop the creation of job families and compensation structures for support teammates across the Practice 
•Create and apply support teammate incentive plans to maintain and attract talent
•Use published or conducts ad hoc surveys to obtain and analyze market pay rates for physicians and support teammates
•Runs internal engagement surveys for physicians and support teammates on an annual basis
•Prepare reports on finding and handles administrative steps to formalize recommendations 
•Work in partnership with the Human Resources team to ensure that compensation and bonus programs can compete with other businesses
•Provide analytical support and data analysis on projects and human resources metrics
•Assist in writing job descriptions
 

Requirements

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 
•Bachelor’s degree in a field such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or Finance
•3 - 5 years of compensation analysis experience
•Extensive hands-on experience with Excel and Access
•Strong experience utilizing different research methods and data analysis techniques 
•Knowledge of employee relations principles and practices 
•Provides high levels of Integrity while delivering excellent Customer Service to all partners.  Is thorough & innovative in presentation of data.  
•Incumbent embodies accountability in all functions & critical thinking capacity to elevate value of metrics. 
•Experience with ADP preferred
•Ability to travel up to 10%
