Working in a creative and fast-paced environment, the Compensation and Benefits Analyst will collaborate with the Senior Manager of Total Rewards and Compliance on a variety of projects, including program design, analysis, budgeting, and implementation of new Total Rewards programs. Among others, your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Administer base pay and incentive programs, including annual performance review and merit increase bonus cycles.
  • Assist with the administration and compliance of benefits and compensation programs with company’s policies and state and federal regulations.
  • Assist with job descriptions and FLSA reviews, job evaluations, job pricing and classification, annual merit and open enrollment activities.
  • Assist with development of policies and procedures to support that administration of the compensation and benefit programs.
  • Gather and review data necessary to complete government compliance activities (5500s, SPD, SARS, audits, etc.), employee mailings, vendor billings and updating reports for management.
  • Help prepare government filings, plan audits and other tax-reporting requirements.
  • Audit all benefit and compensation plans and reconcile issues with vendor(s) and/or payroll.
  • Work with HRIS staff to ensure that system meets compensation and benefits administration needs and is updated to reflect changes to salary structures, bonus programs, etc.
  • Administer USAC’s immigration program in accordance with all applicable state and federal regulations.
  • Other specific duties as assigned


The successful candidate will excel at operating in a diverse and fluid environment, and will be crucial for the success of the HR Division.

  • You possess a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a related field.
  • You have 3 to 5 years’ experience in the analysis, design and/or administration of compensation programs.
  • You have 3 to 5 years of experience in the analysis, design and/or administration of benefits programs.
  • You have 1 to 2 year of experience in immigration program administration.
  • You have strong customer service, research and analytical skills.
  • You have the ability to perform mathematical calculations in computing rates, premiums, adjustments, compensation ratios.

The following is desired:

  • You have are a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified  benefits Professional (CBP), SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and/or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) credential
