Job Summary

Provides guidance, coordination, support, and administration of various corporate level compensation programs including salary, incentive, and commission plans. Conducts job classification, FLSA analysis, and supports several compensation systems. Aids in the administration of MyEyeDr’s benefits programs, including day-to-day operations, annual enrollment, and reconciliation of benefit invoices.

Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

Work Experience

                 Conducts job evaluations, FLSA job reviews to decide exemption status, and recommends base pay ranges.

                 Performs market analysis of MyEyeDr’s jobs to determine competitive positioning of the organizations pay programs.

                 Analyzes and reviews job classification and reclassifications request: quality controls the job classification process for both exiting and newly created positions.

                 Supports the creation of salary structures and assigning of grade ranges.

                 Helps create salary structures and benchmarks jobs into appropriate grades.

                 Collaborates in the planning, coordination, facilitation, administration and reporting during the annual salary review process.

                 Ensures compensation programs follow internal and external regulations and policies.

                 Creates, develops, writes, edits, and modifies operation policies, guidelines, procedures, and compliance documentation.

                 Aids Associates by explaining benefit programs and participates in annual open enrollment activities.

                 Audits and reviews vendor invoices, resolves disputes and reconciles invoices for finance.

                 Other Duties as assigned

Education

                 Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, HR compensation or related subject.

                 Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Compensation Management Specialist (CMS) preferred

Experience and Qualification

                 1 - 4 years’ experience in compensation

                 Working knowledge of Benefits and Dayforce preferred.

Job Skills, Knowledge, abilities

                 Proficient MS office skills (Excel,Work,PowerPoint) and various HR systems.

                 Sound analytical thinking and mathematical skills.

                 Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.

                 Strong customer service,

                 Solid Working Knowledge of subject matter and related regulations (FLSA, Wage and hour law, and ERISA).

                 Self-motivated and able to contribute individually as well as part of a team

                 Able to maintain confidentiality of information and privacy of associate information.

Working Conditions

                 Must to able to travel 5%

                 Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs.

                 Access information using a computer.

                 Effectively communicate with others.

                 Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality are essential.
