Job Summary: Assists in the analysis, design and administration of RHS compensation programs including base pay, incentive pay, and performance management.  Prepares salary survey submissions on behalf of the organization to maintain competitive pay programs.  Provides support in the areas of FLSA classifications and leave programs.  Analyzes salary survey data and makes recommendations to pay structures based on data/trend analysis.  Ensures pay structures are in compliance with policy and maintained accordingly in HRIS system.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resouces, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field required. 

 

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of compensation and/or human resources experience with a focus on compensation is required.
  • 2 years of relevant experience in data analytics is preferred. 
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. 
  • Ability to collect, analyze and report on large sets of data, identify and resolve problems. 
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software with an intermediate to advanced level of proficiency in Excel. 
  • Detail oriented and strong organizational skills.
