Key Responsibilities (not an exhaustive list):

  1. Manage the implementation of Leadership College offerings: you will serve as the operational lead for all leadership offerings globally.


This role will ensure a seamless connection between the Design and Delivery teams and is critical in ensuring an exceptional student experience in our Visa University Foster City, as well as regionally and globally.

 

You will form and maintain partnerships with our regional learning leads to ensure smooth and consistent global rollouts and management of programs.

You will need to balance a solid understanding of the intent behind the design of the learning experience with the practical know-how about how to get it done at Visa. Your responsibilities will be broad and range from collaborating with, and influencing internal and external stakeholders before launching a new offering, to proactive mitigation of operational issues on existing offerings and managing enrollment globally. They will also include coordinating logistics in delivery locations where our team doesn’t have a presence, resolving tactical issues-in-the moment and optimizing processes for routine activities.

2. Measure and tell the impact story of leadership offerings: You will play a key role in gathering and compiling data that communicates the impact of our programs on Visa’s people and business. You will use your technical aptitude and quantitative skills to pull together insights from multiple data sources and tell a meaningful story. 

3. Develop and grow key relationships: you will skillfully cultivate and grow key relationships that will allow you and the learning experiences you support to be successful. These might include HR Business Partners and participants across organizational levels, as well as vendors and external partners. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Requirements

About You: Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience coordinating learning programs in a corporate environment; experience with supporting leadership development specifically is preferred
  • Exceptional organizational/project management skills and detail orientation
  • Strong interpersonal skills that enable you to build productive, collaborative relationships and get things done
  • Clear and effective communication through a variety of channels- in person, in writing, and on the phone
  • Superb Excel and PowerPoint skills that enable you to tell a meaningful story with data
  • Learning agility: while you will rely on your experience, you will need to work on things you haven’t encountered before, understand Visa processes and drive outcomes
  • Experience with implementing things at-scale and putting in place processes and tasks in a way that can be replicated across a large number of learning experiences
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Exceptional technical trouble-shooting skills
