  • Promote a culture of performance excellence

  • Collaborate with market leaders to ensure learning plan initiatives and solutions align to deliver required performance outcomes that support achievement of strategic goals

  • Partner with market leaders to conduct quarterly strategic needs assessments to ensure technical learning initiatives are accomplished

  • Develop learning roadmaps based on market input that are aligned with the CareSource Strategic Plan and support technical skills needed to be successful

  • Responsible for appropriate prioritization of initiatives across assigned value stream ensuring all market needs are being met, facilitating trade-offs as required

  • Attend project meetings to prepare for future training needs

  • Partner with markets to enable prioritization of technical learning needs and develop roadmaps to meet market needs

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of CareSource University Learning Solution, Curriculum offerings, and data-driven evaluation tools

  • Partner with HR Technology Director to build and communicate monitoring tools/dashboards that measure & evaluate success, intended outcomes

  • Collaborate with the HR leadership team to identify and deliver market learning and development needs

  • Establish training standards and guidelines for program research, design and delivery across markets ensuring effectiveness and ROI

  • Perform annual needs assessment with market leaders to develop a learning plan and roadmap for the year.

  • Responsible for getting market and strategic needs for assigned markets into the planning process

  • Perform any other job related instructions, as requested

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources or equivalent years of relevant work experience required

  • Master’s Degree preferred

  • Minimum five (5) years of learning and development/performance experience working with all levels of organization required

  • Minimum five (5) years of curriculum development required

  • A minimum of five (5) years leadership experience required

  •  Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Capable of utilizing technology to create multimedia presentation; use of social media and online learning options in curriculum development

  • Demonstrated understanding of technical/business systems operations (i.e. claims operating systems)

  • Knowledge and understanding of e-learning design technology

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment

  • Attention to detail

  • Critical and systemic thinking skills

  • Organization and project management skills

  • Excellent customer service orientation

  • Decision making/problem solving skills

  • Leadership experience and skills

  • Understanding and demonstrated application of Adult Learning Theory in course design and facilitation skills

  • Demonstrated ability to take translate business needs into effective learning solutions

  • Minimum of one industry standard training certification is required; Myers-Briggs certification preferred

  • General office environment; may be required to sit/stand for long periods of time

  • Some travel for business
