We are seeking a mission-focused, seasoned, and strategic/systems minded human resources professional with a proven track record for achieving results to join our senior management team.  Reporting to the CFO, you will develop, implement and execute human resources systems and policies that support our organizational goals.  This is a “hands on” position.  You will provide HR management support and guidance to leaders and managers with an emphasis on facilitating a culture of accountability that is focused on building/sustaining a strong emotional connection with our residents that will drive occupancy as well as staff retention.  The successful candidate will have the necessary knowledge, skills and experience to be deliberate and strategic about managing our employer brand to attract, engage, reward and retain talent.
