As the Head of Learning, you’ll be responsible for creating a learning culture that attracts and develops top talent for all 18 locations where BBH operates. To serve our more than 5000+ employees, you'll lead a global team of learning professionals through the design, development, delivery, and measurement of practical solutions in partnership with other HR teams and business leaders across the Firm. You’ll be responsible for aligning our learning strategy, infrastructure, tools and processes collaboratively with our HR Business Partner, Organizational Effectiveness and Talent Management Teams. Strong execution is the hallmark of BBH and in this role you will need to balance multi-task efforts in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

 

You will explore how best practices can be integrated at BBH given our Partner-led business model, global workforce, culture, business priorities and systems. You will positively impact the evolution of BBH’s learning culture and ensure the expected ROI by dedicating time to learning who we are, understanding what’s worked in the past and why, as well as what’s been tried and what prevented it from having the highest impact.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Track record of being a collaborative contributor in a global, matrixed environment

  • Track record of successfully designing, developing and implementing global learning experiences and offerings, including appropriate change management

  • Experience with current learning methodologies, agile development approaches and an awareness of emergent methodologies and technologies

  • Ability to develop and coach others around communication, leadership and stakeholder engagement, vendor management

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing a team of SMEs with an eye toward providing ongoing career development opportunities

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required. Masters preferred.

  • 10+ years of relevant experience with proven track record of success

  • Experience in service-oriented / consulting roles highly valued
