Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with Director of HR  
  • Make and answer phone calls
  • Data & Payroll Entry of hours into ADP
  • Pulling reports from ADP
  • Perform all other office tasks as needed including handling new hire paperwork and HR work
  • Being able to keep confidentiality within and outside the office

Qualifications:

  • Previous 2+ years’ experience in office & clerical work is Mandatory
  • Strong Knowledge of Excel & Word including Computer skills and might have to provide knowledge on our computer during interview
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must be flexible in hours for the office when it is required
  • Bachelor or Associate Degree preferred not required

This job would be part-time around 20-30 hours that varies between 10a - 4pm.  Pay would be at $10 per hour.

Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of ADP
  • Being able to work under the Director of HR
  • Strong skills with Excel
