Sensitech is looking for an HR Coordinator at the Redmond, WA location. This position, under the supervision of the HR Manager, will be responsible for supporting and providing general administration in the areas of Human Resources, Recruitment, Payroll and EH&S.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing support to the HR Manager on various projects, company events and day-to-day administrative duties.

  • Coordinating various recruitment activities with staffing agencies on all temporary open positions.

  • Maintaining new hire activity records, monitoring open positions, providing weekly status reports and onboarding temporary new hires.

  • Assisting and supporting initiatives related to QA and Environmental, Health & Safety activities, training preparation and record keeping maintenance.

  • Responsible for processing weekly payroll and expense reports.

  • Managing vendor activities such as ID badges, tracking and maintaining sign in/out sheets.

  • Managing the front desk and diverse group of visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization.

  • Organizing and prioritizing large volumes of information and activities.

  • Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.

  • Working independently and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a Recruiting, HR or Administrative role.
  • Prior HR experience with general understanding of HR policies and procedures.

  • Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Business related area is preferred. Any equivalent combination or training/education and experience will be considered.

  • SHRM and/or PHR certification desired.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, prioritization and organizational skills, communication skills and professional presentation required.

  • Must have knowledge and demonstrated experience with a variety of computer applications, including Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Some analytical ability is required in order to gather and summarize data for reports, find solutions to various administrative problems, and prioritize work
