HR Generalist- 

 

We are looking to hire a dynamic and passionate HR professional who is customer service driven, detail-oriented, self-starter and motivated. Your primary efforts will be driven by a sense of urgency as you uphold and foster a high-level of integrity and confidentiality during the management of key processes that enable and support Persistent’s Human Resources initiatives.

This position reports to the Regional HR Head for North America for Persistent.

Your day-to-day

·         Partner closely with HR Head to ensure a comprehensive HR service is delivered to the employees. This includes partnering closely with HR team members in the US and India.

·         Partner with employees and managers across several US locations

·         Provide support in various HR related topics such as leaves of absences, employee recognition programs, performance management, metrics and data analytics, conduct exit interviews, focus group discussions.  and facilitating town hall meetings etc.

·         Facilitate HR programs and assist in the implementation of HR policies

·         Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics and produce ad-hoc reports

·         Support various projects in Human Resources as required.

·         Manage and facilitate various employee engagement activities

·         Manage employee on-boarding and induction programs

·         Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment signage, notification procedures, and benefit and labor laws.

·         Assist with planning and executing employee events that foster teamwork and a healthy culture

 

Requirements

What You Bring To The Team

·         4+ years of Human Resources experience utilizing consultative skills in a fast-paced, ambiguous technology organization

·         Possess sound judgement

·         Ability to manage highly sensitive and confidential information

·         Excellent oral and written communications skills, including influencing and ability to encourage innovation

·         Highly collaborative style and a desire to work as a team with a result driven approach

·         Ability to prioritize and be flexible in a constantly changing work environment

·         Ability to execute foundational project management skills where needed and appropriate

·         Four-year university degree preferred

·         Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint.

·         Knowledge of local employment law and HR compliances

·         Analytical and problem-solving skills with proven attention to detail and strong organizational skills
