Aeritae is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to serve as the primary key-holder for flawless administration of all HR functions and processes that touch the Aeritae employee experience, including HR and business compliance, Benefits administration, Onboarding/Off-boarding and Employee Relations, to name a few. www.aeritae.com

The Primary Accountabilities include:

  • Compliance reporting, audit and tracking
  • Compensation & Benefits Administration
  • On-boarding & Off-boarding
  • Employee Relations
  • Recruiting support as needed
  • Process and Systems improvement


You’ll be responsible for:

  • Benefits enrollment, management and administration
  • Work in tandem with Payroll to ensure employee data is up to date and accurate
  • Ensure Aeritae is up to date and accurate in all areas of HR Compliance 
  • Conduct and track background checks, drug screenings, and respond to audit requests
  • Ensure company and employee resources are current and accurate; organizational chart, job descriptions, personnel records, Aeritae Handbook, Security Handbook, and all process/tool manuals 
  • Prepare paperwork and support new employee onboarding
  • Liaison and facilitate employee termination processes; separation materials, exit interviews, etc.
  • Provide trusted support and customer service for all employee complaints/issues; documentation, resources etc.
  • Track and maintain; training requests and completions, Annual Performance Appraisals, PTO
  • Manage employee milestones, awards and recognition
  • Managing and developing programs that improve Employee Experience; Benefits, Wellness, Engagement etc.
  • Post jobs, conduct candidate searches, screen resumes, conduct phone or office interviews, as needed


You’ll need to bring the following experience:

  • 2 or 4 year degree in Human Resources
  • PHR or SPHR certificate preferred
  • SHRM-CP preferred
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience working in IT preferred
  • Experience managing and administering benefits 
  • Experience with HR Compliance, policy creation, management, and administration
  • Driven to provide excellent customer service, putting the needs of the employee first
  • Self-starter who isn’t afraid to suggest/recommend changes/improvements
  • Excellent personal organization, time management and communication skills
  • Works collaboratively across teams and disciplines
  • Takes a genuine interest in the business and makes individual investment in bettering the organization
  • Keeps personnel information confidential and protects sensitive data 
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively while executing flawlessly
