HR Leader

Seeking a dynamic and energetic HR Leader for our corporate office in Lexington, MA who will take an active role in ensuring the company reaches its goals by leading employee relations, performance management, recruitment, compensation & benefits, immigration compliance, and other HR projects. This position manages small team of HR professionals and is responsible for exceptional HR execution across the company’s geographically diverse global offices and locations. This position is responsible for providing strategic Human Resources advice, counsel and leadership for a 200-300-employee person international workforce.

 

Key Responsibilities

-          Oversee the HR function throughout the company.

-          Key stakeholder in upcoming facilitating the transition of an impending acquisition ensuring a smooth transition

-          Ensure organization’s compliance with current employment and labor laws

-          Implement the company’s performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance and equity within the organization.

-          Recommend organization HR policies and practices on human resource matters.

-          Oversee the administration of US benefits programs such as life, health and dental insurance and 401k.

-          Work in coordination with the finance team to ensure that all filings and other internal reporting is completed accurately.

-          Address employee relations issues and cultivate a culture that values its talent.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or Business preferred.

PHR or SHRM-CP certifications or SPHR strongly preferred.

Must have 5+ years of executive level HR experience and a solid understanding of US immigration laws and state & federal employment practices.

Advanced knowledge of FMLA, HIPAA, EEO-1, OSHA and other regulations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
