The primary focus of this position is to ensure data integrity and management of all information that travel through our HRIS—with major attention on Compliance Processes, policies and procedures.  Implements and uses technology solutions that support or facilitate delivery of effective HC services and storage of critical employee data.  Evaluates and implements technology solutions that support the achievement of HC’s strategic direction, vision, and goals.  Uses Win’s technologies that collect, access, and analyze data and information, in order to understand business challenges and recommend evidence-based solutions.

 
RESPONSIBILITIES
 

 
  • Manage all HR systems, upgrade projects from inception to completion, while ensuring compliance and desired results.
  • Responsible for validating and uploading data into HR systems.
  • Recommend/implement changes in process relating to EE life cycle processing.
  • Responsible for the creation and delivery of all internal surveys.
  • Responsible for managing external data requests including surveys, reports, audits etc..
  • Oversee HR compliance process including fingerprinting mandates, child abuse registry, background checks, required educational credentials, medical licenses, etc..
  • Train Human Capital staff in reporting, analytics, compliance etc. as needed.
  • Responsible for the delivery of monthly/Quarterly/Annual reports (separations, open jobs, new hires, promotions, anniversaries; EEOC, reports and other various reports as required.
  • Manage and collect data from various systems (ATS, HRIS, Time Keeping, Payroll, etc.) to provide HR Analytics to team and senior staff detailing with trends, risk, current assessment and KPI’s.
  • Responsible for updating and reconciling position numbers in ATS and HRIS.
  • Review all system changes to ensure down-stream projects aren’t negatively impacted.
  • Assists in new systems implementation, validation and testing.
  • Manage/Conduct the training of end users on new processes/functionality.
  • All other projects as deemed necessary to the success of Win and the Human Capital department.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS
 

 
  • A commitment to the mission and programs of Win
  • Five (5) years of Human Resources/ HRIS experience
  • Knowledge of HRIS implementation and reporting
  • Excellent management, analytical, auditing, process and project management skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS, Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Some knowledge of education, social services and nonprofit sectors is desired
