Here’s an opportunity to work with a variety of HRIS systems and ensure premier service. You will be responsible for taking our people related processes to the next level!

 Key responsibilities:

  • Monitor standards and targets for ADP Enterprise, ADP Recruitment Management, Kronos (timekeeping), Success Factor, and HealthStream applications
  • Run regular and periodic reports for Payroll, HR and other departments as needed
  • Help administer and maintain the various HRIS, including new user training
  • Implement appropriate tracking and auditing procedures for payroll processing, reconcile time clock info, and ensure overall data integrity
  • Effectively troubleshoot and resolve operational issues
  • Provide expertise and support to Payroll and other units of the HR Department


Key requirements and skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience with HRIS; ADP systems and Kronos Time and Attendance preferred
  • Proven ability to navigate HRIS, timekeeping, recruitment, and performance management systems
  • Sound analytical skills and capability to create reports of various HR/Payroll-related data
  • The ability to effectively coordinate and manage high volumes of documentation
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and meet multiple deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of the following technology as they relate to HR: relational databases, MS Excel and Access, payroll systems, etc.
  • Aptitude to interpret data/system requirements and follow effective course of action
  • Demonstrated understanding of the concept of “front line customer service”
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality of all data
  • Highly detail-oriented with effective oral and written communication skills
  • Recognizable desire to learn all areas of Human Resources
  • Experience with HR systems implementation preferred
