Title Resource Group (TRG) is currently seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our TRG operations.  The HRBP will act as a strategic partner to the organization by embedding corporate HR strategy into day-to-day work and providing professional HR guidance and support with the objective of adding value to the business and the assigned employee groups.  The HRBP will also have full-cycle recruiting responsibilities for key assigned positions throughout the organization.

The position will be in our Mt. The Human Resources Business Partner will:

  • Partner with business unit leadership at the local level in support of their business initiatives and to ensure hiring, training and discipline practices are consistent with company policies and procedures as well as extended state and Federal regulations.
  • Provide expert advice and coaching to leaders and employees when appropriate.
  • Contribute to the business strategy by helping business leaders to identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes.
  • Support line managers in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline requirements in line with the business strategy.
  • Assist business unit leaders in providing employees with development opportunities that align with current and future performance standards.
  • Utilize our Human Resources information systems to ensure proper efficiencies (applicant tracking system, on-boarding system, background checks, reporting tools, etc.)
  • Take appropriate steps to make sure all new hires are welcomed properly to the organization and have a firm understanding of their new hire responsibilities.
  • Respond to and investigate employee relations issues such as employee complaints, harassment allegations and assists management with interpreting Company policy and procedure to recommend the best course of action.
  • Ensure that the Performance Management standards set out by the company are followed and administered consistently.
  • Conduct recruitment efforts for assigned business units to fill entry level, professional, technical and management positions, which include posting the position appropriately, pro-actively sourcing candidates through various methods, interviewing to determine suitability for position, providing prompt feedback to managers and candidates as to fit for position, extending offer to candidates, reviewing all new hire paper work for accuracy.
  • Develop and cultivate strong relationships with various levels of management, internal and external candidates, and external recruiting sources.


  • B.S./B.A. in related discipline strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources field
  • Comprehensive understanding of basic HR disciplines as the related to recruiting, benefits, compensation, employee relations
  • Experience driving a full cycle recruiting process
  • Exposure to human resources information systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to be resourceful, results-oriented and tactical
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, presentation, listening)
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Superior organizational skills
