 The HR Manager oversees all human resources functions providing strategic business partner support for two sites. You will create a strategic HR department that looks ahead and heads off problems. You will understand the company’s needs for the future and develops strategies to meet them.

 You will lead the development of human resources functions including recruiting, staffing, compensation, HR system, benefits, training, employee relations, safety and compliance. You will identify, implement processes and policies, which attract, retain, and develop human capital necessary to ensure the continued growth and success of the Company.

 How You Will Contribute

  • Act as strategic and tactical Human Resources partner by being fully engaged in the day to day operations of the business.
  • Develop, track, and measure performance against HR metrics.
  • Leads the human resources staff in the management and implementation of programs that support employee engagement, satisfaction, and productivity.
  • Leads recruitment, staffing, and employee training and development programs that support the achievement of company goals.
  • Works with management to understand current and future workforce needs.
  • Assesses external labor market conditions, develops the most effective economical and appropriate recruiting channels and methods.
  • Partners with management to effectively communicate Human Resources policies, procedures, programs, and laws.
  • Determines and recommends employee relations practices as needed in support of Monoflo's culture and to promote a high level of employee engagement and productivity.
  • Reviews and guides management to ensure consistent application of company employment practices.
  • Supervises and directs the daily work of HR team; supports and guides ongoing development.
  • Leads company compliance with governmental and labor legal and government reporting requirements including but not limited to EEO, FMLA, ADA, OSHA, ERISA Department of Labor, and worker compensation.
  • Ensures the effective and accurate administration of human resource processes in accordance with federal and state regulations.
  • Ensures the effective and streamlined execution of human resources administrative functions including record keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry.

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of Twelve years(12) of progressive Human Resource management experience.
  • Minimum Five years(5)years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition required
  • Minimum Four (4) years of managerial experience.
  • Experience with large non-exempt workforce a required.
  • Manufacturing or related experience preferred.
  • Preferred Bilingual
  • Action oriented and the ability to be flexible in fast moving environment with shifting priorities.
  • Strong recruitment knowledge.
  • Knowledge and experience in employment law, employee relations, employee engagement, compensation, organizational planning and organization development.
  • Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to management teams providing overall company leadership and direction.
  • Results oriented & continuous improvement mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple competing priorities.
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves.
