POSITION:  Human Resources Information System Administrator (Full Time, Exempt)

DIRECT REPORT: Director of Human Resources

SUMMARY - The Human Resources Information System Administrator maintains a keen eye on the data and information that makes our company work. You will be directly responsible for the enhancement, optimization, and workflows associated with our HRIS platform. Additionally, you will be tasked with accurate and timely reporting as well as the administration of each aspect of our HRIS. 


RESPONSIBILITIES
 (Including but not limited to)

  1. Coordinates system development plans
  2. Enhancement, optimization, and development of HRIS workflows
  3. Manage efficient and accurate data accumulation
  4. Ensure data integrity and timely reporting of data using a computer system
  5. Analyze approved system development plan information regarding the system as required
  6. Confer with users to define their business information reporting needs 
  7. Provide training and support when necessary

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years of relevant industry experience
  • Experience and proficiency in the Ultimate Software, UltiPro platform
  • Excellent time management and organization skills as well as a professional attitude
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and prioritize
  • Must have EXCELLENT analytical skills, attention to detail and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to problem solve and think critically
  • Professional written and verbal communication as well as great interpersonal skills required
  • Customer service focused (i.e. generating accurate and timely results and effectively communicating to team members, co-workers and management)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or similar preferred

The employee must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver office products and supplies of up to twenty (20) pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
