Provides services within the organization by administering and managing the resort payroll process and developing, planning, and coordinating internal/external training programs. Training programs include new hire orientation, customer service and hospitality skills, alcohol awareness, department technical training, human resources, safety, legal compliance, supervisory and management development, and train-the-trainer.  Serve in a Human Resources Generalist capacity and assist in all HR functions:  recruitment, selection, hiring, benefits, insurance billing, legal compliance, safety, employee relations, etc.  Oversee the Human Resources department in the absence of the Human Resource Director. 


Minimum of 3 years' Human Resources experience in same/similar role, preferably in a resort or hotel setting; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience; knowledge of employment laws; experienced in automated payroll and timekeeping systems; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; computer proficiency including Microsoft Office.
