Under the supervision of the City Manager, the Human Resource Manager is an exempt position that provides leadership, support and guidance in all areas of human resources. This position oversees and provides support in the areas of recruitment, benefits management, training and development, performance evaluation, risk management, employment law, policy development, and employee relations. The Human Resources Manager champions a positive organizational culture and employee relations, encourages teamwork, and fosters employee engagement. 


Requirements

Bachelor degree and 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Master’s degree and 1-5 years of experience preferred. Must have computer skills, strong organizational and problem solving skills, and excellent customer service and communication skills. Salary: $46,010 - $62,254 DOQ with full benefits.
