  1. Responsible to assist the Corporate group with recruiting, performance management, salary administration, personal development activities, relocations, and to coach and counsel managers and employees on various employment related matters.
  2. Responsible to create and present functional training programs on all HR topics, as well as assisting with corporate training programs.
  3. Responsible for the review and updating of employee and supervisor policy and procedure manuals.
  4. Responsible to maintain SharePoint site and to be administrator of HRIS (UltiPro) system.
  5. Responsible for the recruitment policies and practices for all employees, including leading the process of hiring all hourly personnel.
  6. Keeps abreast of human resource management trends as well as HR legal regulations and recommends changes or innovations and implements where appropriate.  
  7. Performs other HR duties/projects as assigned. 



Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or a related field. PHR or SPHR preferred.
  2. Minimum of five years human resources generalist experience, including compliance, employee relations, recruiting (in iCIMS recruit is a plus), compensation, and training. Thorough knowledge and experience with HR-related legislation.
  3. Excellent problem-solving, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface with all levels of company personnel.
  4. Proficient PC skills including Word and Excel; experience with HR/PR software systems and report-writing strongly preferred.
  5. Proven accomplishments demonstrating strong initiative and decision-making ability.
  6. Bilingual English/Spanish required.
  7. Ability to Travel up to 35%.
  8. Ability to relocate in the future strongly preferred.
