The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience in Human Resources with a broad generalist background including recruiting, performance management, employee involvement, team building, coaching and counseling, as well as compensation and benefits.

What you’ll be doing:

In this role, the HR Manager will be responsible to partner with the senior management team on all activities to include employee relations, performance management, compensation, recruitment, training and development, and benefits. You will also work closely with senior management in an advisor role as well as developing and implementing key human resources initiatives that will enhance the success of our business.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • SHRM-CP and/or PHR certification
  • Minimum of 7 years related HR experience
  • Broad generalist background in many key areas of HR
  • Thorough knowledge of HR principles and federal/local regulations
  • Experience in implementing and administering performance programs
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting and retaining diverse employee talent, including creating and implementing recruitment strategies
  • Exceptional project and personnel management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy, fast-growth environment
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint is essential
  • Exhibit extraordinary discretion, flexibility, and willingness to work closely with our senior management team
