The Manager of Learning Operations is responsible for managing all aspects of the day-to-day operations to ensure that learning operations run smoothly and effectively across the enterprise. This position resides within our Learning and Development Department.

RESPONSIBILITIES, other duties may be assigned.

 

  •  Manage all aspects of the monthly learning budget and partner with VP of L&D to provide quarterly budget forecasts to accounting. Utilize the Workday procurement system to create POs, invoice processing, and vendor contracts.
  • Ensure timing of training materials purchased provide expenditure consistency throughout budget cycle.
  • Manage all ServiceNow (ticketed) training requests that come in from the business and vet those needs against existing budget.
  • Partner with business unit leaders, Learning Partners, and HR representatives to identify and deliver specific training needs through existing training offerings or development of customized course content.
  • Partner with Learning Partners to create bi-yearly master training schedule for professional and leadership development courses. Oversee all logistics associated with this schedule. This may include handling catering requests.
  • Collaborate with team members to help stream-line our cost structure.
  • Act as learning coordinator for both Operations and Facilities training requests.
  • Travel requirement: 25%

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Eight or more years of Learning and Development experience and/or equivalent
  • Three or more years of managing all aspects of a budget
  • Experience facilitating Situational Leadership II or Crucial Conversations training
  • Fluent with Learning Management Systems administration (LMS)

  • Workday LMS

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with all levels of the organization
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and operate well in a fast-paced environment
