Tampa office of a national firm with 24 offices is seeking an Office Operations Supervisor who will report directly to the Office Administrator and work closely with National HR to plan, coordinate and manage employment matters for all non-exempt staff, as well as some specific matters for exempt staff and attorneys in a growing and dynamic office. Specific responsibilities will include managing staff, recruitment and employment processes, maintaining personnel files, coordinating and conducting onboarding and new hire orientation, managing new hire data and paperwork, performance appraisal and salary recommendations, managing employee relations issues and policy and procedure administration, and coordinating office wide events to maintain and foster a culture of positive engagement. This role will also handle HR related tasks for the Miami office. Qualified applicants will possess a Bachelor’s degree and three to five years of Human Resources management experience including recruiting, performance management, employee separation, compensation, benefits and employment law, prior professional services firm experience preferred. This individual will also have excellent communication skills; proven leadership, decision making and problem solving skills; the ability to manage multiple, simultaneous priorities; proficiency with MS Office and HR databases and the ability to adapt to and work with various personalities and levels of staff within the organization.
