We have multiple positions open in our Payroll Department (Payroll Analyst, Sr. Payroll Analyst, Payroll Supervisor)

Position Title: Payroll Analyst


Work Location: Frisco, TX

 Position Summary:

Payroll Analyst will focus on supporting all payroll processing with ADP WorkforceNow across the US.

 Main Responsibilities:

  • Operates and maintains payroll systems
  • Processes the following: new hires, terminations, status changes, tax changes, wage garnishments, deductions, direct deposits, timesheet data, rate changes, retroactive adjustments, benefit deductions, bonuses, commissions and special pays, etc.
  • Create and distribute payroll reports
  • Analyze payroll operations and make recommendations for improvements to systems and processes
  • Reconciling payroll data
  • Calculates and enters payroll data into payroll database/system
  • Compiles data for analysis and reporting
  • Prepares periodic, standardized reports
  • Prepares manual check calculations
  • Researches and responds to payroll questions and inquiries
  • Review time sheets, work charts, wage computation, and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies
  • Record employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations to maintain and update payroll records
  • Issue and record adjustments to pay related to previous errors or retroactive increases
  • Filing of payroll related documents
  • Resolve employees pay problems and answer pay related questions.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required, FPC/CPP a plus
  • 2-3 years’ payroll experience with demonstrated experience in payroll process
  • Multi-state payroll processing experience
  • ADP WorkforceNow experience required
  • The ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with multiples levels within the company and with external contacts
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office required
  • High Attention to detail and deal with a fast paced work environment
  • Ability to multi task and, communicate effectively with internal departments as wells as with all levels of employees
