HBG Design is seeking a Recruiter for our Memphis office to lead the effort in recruiting top talent in architecture, interior design, and corporate services for our Memphis and San Diego offices.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full cycle candidate recruitment for all open positions;
  • Collaborate with staffing and candidate pursuit teams to identify staffing needs and create a recruitment and onboarding strategy for each role;
  • Manage complex recruitment assignments that require creative application of social media, networking and referrals to address specific recruitment challenges;
  • Promote HBG and Memphis to prospective candidates through a personalized recruitment experience and targeted marketing tactics;
  • Screen and select candidates, ensuring compliance with all governmental and employment specifications;
  • Manage university recruitment efforts and design competition planning and execution in conjunction with select universities;
  • Negotiate candidate salaries and benefits;

Requirements

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or Marketing/Public Relations;
  • 5-10 years experience in all aspects of recruitment, onboarding, and candidate management, preferably in a creative field;
  • Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work with diverse candidate pursuit teams on multiple recruitment efforts simultaneously;
  • Proven track record in successfully managing the recruitment process, as well as demonstrated experience in developing and delivering successful end-to-end recruitment strategies to meet client requirements;
  • Ability to work creatively, both within a team and independently;
  • An understanding of how to handle confidential and sensitive information with tact;
  • Results-oriented;
  • Superior written and oral communication skills, as well as demonstrated ability to communicate with internal and external candidates;
  • High-urgency and creative candidate sourcing experience;
  • A/E/C services background preferred;
