Develops and executes management recruiting and staffing strategies and provides consultative guidance to hiring managers on the recruiting process and market conditions.

Essential Functions:
 
Screen applications and source qualified candidates.
 
Manage the interview process to include scheduling, preparing questions and other materials, and participating as an interviewer.
 
Manage the requisition process, including creation, posting, maintenance, and hiring decisions.
 
Manage the offer process, including establishing salary ranges, other incentives available, start date, etc., with Human Resources partners and hiring manager.
 
Advise Human Resources department to ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
 
Work with department managers to define hiring criteria and create associated job descriptions. Determine the position responsibilities, as well as the experience and abilities, the ideal candidate will possess.
 
Facilitate all phases of the recruitment process. Screen and route résumés, schedule interviews, conduct interviews, recommend qualified candidates to department managers for further interviews, conduct reference checks, present offers, secure acceptances, and send out rejection letters.
 
Design sourcing strategies. Identify the most efficient and cost-effective recruiting methods(e.g., Internet, newspaper ads, employment agencies, college fairs).
 

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.

Three or more years of recruiting experience, managing the entire lifecycle (sourcing, interviewing, offer process) as well as data analysis, benchmarking, and reporting.

PHR/SPHR and/or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred.
