JOB SUMMARY:

Achieve staffing objectives with top of the funnel sourcing of qualified service provider applicants supporting full time, part time and flex staff hiring.   Perform cold outreach – list building and outbound messaging plus follow up cascade across LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc, Create organic social media content and build-up of followers through follow-for-follow and Direct Messaging, Influence relationships with professional/famous service providers,.

 

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:

Reports to the Director, Human Resources. Works closely with internal HR staff, hiring managers, and a network of new and established contacts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recruitment:

  • Establish thorough understanding of applicant requirements for all roles and staffing needs

  • Top of the funnel sourcing of qualified service provider applicants
    • Supporting full time, part time, and flex staff hiring
  • Channels managed:
    • Cold outreach-- list building and outbound messaging plus follow up cascade across LinkedIn, Indeed
    • Social media—
      • organic content and build-up of followers through follow-for-follow and Direct Messaging
      • Service provider professional Instagram accounts like-for-like
      • Influence relationships with professional/famous service providers
  • Perform administrative recruiting activities, including job descriptions, writing effective job postings, editing and creating flyers and other recruiting collateral to meet needs

    • Paid Media—relevant media, lifestyle outlets, digital banner ads and social media ads (with help of marketing and agency teams)
    • Email CRM and List culling—email drip lifecycle marketing with applicant contact list and lapsed provider lists
    • Post management across Indeed, Glassdoor, ISpa, Craig’s List, Greenhouse, Recruitment Queen, and other channels
  • Perform regular check-in’s with fellow recruiter responsible for funnel management and hiring managers to assess overall quality, success and retention of the applicants you are attracting and analyze and measure ROI of new and existing source mix.

  • Achieve staffing objectives by assisting managers within assigned region with sourcing, screening and evaluating job candidates for technical and spa/salon support candidates

  • Successfully establish a consistent and effective recruitment pipeline increasing the top of the funnel with quality service provider, and spa/salon support applicants.

  • Develop strong working relationships with spa/salon, and regional management and provide consultation and expertise in top of the funnel sourcing

    Administrative/Coordination:

  • Perform administrative recruiting activities, including job posting, social media posts, editing and creating flyers and other recruiting collateral to meet needs

Requirements

 

  • BS degree in Human Resources Management and/or equivalent combination of formal education and experience

  • 1-3 years in a recruiting capacity, preferably in a retail, hospitality or spa-related industry

  • Experience with Email CRM, List culling – email drip lifecycle marketing, Paid Media campaigns, a plus

  • Strong knowledge of employment law

  • Strong skills in the following areas: interpersonal, communication, planning, time management

  • Self-starter, ability to handle multiple projects and achieve deadlines

  • A positive – Can Do – Find A Way Attitude

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high energy, dynamic environment;

  • PC experience utilizing Microsoft Windows applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Current working knowledge of relevant social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Facebook Live, Twitter)

  • Local travel within designated region

  • Additional travel outside of region on occasion throughout year, as necessary
