Denver Health Medical Center in Denver, CO has an opportunity for a Sourcing Specialist to join the Provider Recruitment division.  Our recruitment team is committed to helping Denver Health continue its mission to provide care for all, regardless of ability to pay. 

The role of the Sourcing Specialist will be to mine various medias for providers, leadership and other hard to fill positions. The individual will also introduce Denver Health to potential candidates, perform advanced sourcing through various mediums including online and traditional directories as well as other innovative sourcing methods. This position will also continually evaluate sourcing strategies and stay well-informed on current and emerging technologies to proactively identify new tools for identifying qualified talent.  This is a very fast paced position and must have a high ability to organize and prioritize based on a rapidly changing environment.

Education & Experience 1. Bachelor’s Degree required. 2. Concentration in business, marketing, communications, or other related field preferred. 3. Six years of Recruitment or Marketing Social Media experience required. 1. Working knowledge of laws, regulations and procedures in Human Resources as it relates to hiring practices. 2. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, HRIS systems, and Internet Recruiting Job Boards and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems. 3. Knowledge and experience with full cycle recruiting. 4. Strong customer consultative skills and negotiation skills required. 5. Strong candidate sourcing skills. 6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 7. Ability to successfully manage customer relationships. 8. Ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment as well as the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently. 9. Ability to organize and prioritize multiple work assignments, work with little supervision and work well under pressure. 10. Passion for improving the customer experience for hiring managers, candidates, and new hires. Computers and Technology 1. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and HRIS systems. 2. Advanced knowledge of Internet Recruiting Job Boards and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems. Certificates, Licenses and Registration 1. PHR/SPHR preferred.
