Ballard Spahr has a new and exciting opportunity available in the Philadelphia office. As part of a hands-on collaborative team, this position will provide overall research and recruiting support to the Chief Attorney Recruiting and Integration Officer. The chosen individual will be an independent self-starter responsible for maintaining highly confidential information, preparing recruiting materials, and preparing confidential materials on candidates and prospective groups.

Requirements

Qualified candidates will have excellent research and communication skills with proven organizational and time management skills. The ability to handle multiple demands, prioritize tasks and respond effectively with competing deadlines is required. The ability to work beyond standard work hours may be necessary to perform the essential functions of this position.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of previous law firm experience; paralegal experience desired. Strong technical skills with Microsoft Word Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required; experience with Elite and knowledge of viDesktop, Filesite, Ansor, Leopard Solutions, Lex Machina and Access databases desired. Knowledge of accounting concepts and financial terminology a plus.
