The Sr. Analyst, Executive Compensation will report to the SVP, HR (temporarily, until Director, Compensation hired) and will provide support in the research, development, analysis, implementation and measurement of ongoing Executive Compensation programs, as well as broad-based compensation support for Corporate employee programs. In addition to any special projects or tasks assigned, this role will be responsible specifically for:


Senior Executive Compensation Planning:

  • Compensation tracking for Corporate CEO, CEO of largest business unit, and other senior executives/officers; includes coordination with US and global tax provider, Brand/ Corporate HR and Finance
  • Work with Brands/Corporate to compile annual executive compensation planning materials
  • Coordinate Senior Management bonus plan administration across all Brands and partner with Corporate FP&A during bonus budgeting and payout processes
  • Ad hoc requests including inter-company executive compensation benchmarking, coordinating senior executive offers/onboarding/inter-company executive transfers
  • Participate in executive compensation surveys
  • Work with executive compensation vendors (e.g., ISS, Board Compensation Consultant, etc.) to prepare reports and perform analysis, as needed

Compensation Committee Meeting Material Coordination:

  • Primary point of contact for gathering and compiling Compensation Committee meeting materials, including updating select content and coordinating with other Corporate departments and external advisors for their content
  • Prepare and provide requested executive compensation data for external Board Compensation Consultant
  • Maintain materials and help prepare SVP, HR for Compensation Committee meetings

Corporate Employee Compensation Administration:

  • Assist with compensation benchmarking and participate in annual survey data refresh
  • Partner with HR to create annual Corporate budget for merit, bonus and equity, and refresh as needed for quarterly forecasts
  • Monitor and review compensation and benefits packages to maintain appropriate market positioning
  • Partner with HR to prepare compensation packages for new hires
  • Coordinate with payroll as needed to administer compensation

Senior Executive Equity Compensation Administration:

  • Coordination for Corporate CEO equity vesting events and for other senior executives with complex tax or other issues
  • Track 10b5-1 plans for senior executives
  • Work with Legal to assist with coordination and preparation of equity award agreements
  • Prepare periodic senior executive PSU statements
  • Assist stock plan team with major equity events or related special projects (e.g., M&A)
  • Prepare Form 3/4/5 filings

 Board of Directors Compensation Administration:

  • Annual RSU grant - prepare deferral forms and award agreements for delivery by Legal
  • Annual RSU vest – Coordinate with BOD/brokers and stock plan team to process vest
  • Assist with ad hoc Board member compensation related requests, as needed

 Proxy Support:

  • Partner with Legal Department to prepare of annual Director & Officer Questionnaires
  • Draft compensation and equity tables and related footnotes for proxy statement
  • Stay in regular contact with ISS and Equilar and attend their webinars, read quarterly reports, etc. to provide updates to Management in HR and Legal Departments



ducation and qualifications:

  • BA/MBA in HR, finance or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years working in compensation, with at least 3 years of executive compensation experience in a public company (compensation consulting experience a strong plus)
  • Additional credentialing in related area preferred (e.g., CECP, CCP, CEP)

 Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated compensation knowledge including compliance with state and federal laws, knowledge of HR systems, and experience with senior executive incentive and equity programs
  • Meticulous attention to detail a must
  • Experience supporting the Compensation Committee and Board of Directors
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, organizational and project management skills
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint Skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, utilizing tact and diplomacy
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with complete discretion
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with the ability to embrace change and thrive in ambigui
