An experienced HR generalist, you come to us well equipped to provide coaching and guidance on every facet of HR. You easily oscillate between strategic thought partner AND roll-up-your-sleeves service provider. Organization Architect:

  • Partnering with business leaders you’re helping design organizations, teams and work flows that create scalability, elevate our work and offer additional opportunities for team member growth.   Your use of collaborative change management practices, personal coaching and strong communication skills ensure engagement, enthusiasm and commitment.


Talent Coach

  • Owning the recruitment life-cycle, you work closely with your hiring teams and the Talent Acquisition Specialist to deliver the quarterly people resourcing plan. Talent and bench-strength is available on time and within budget. Personalized on-boarding plans ensure new team members are off to a great start.
  • Supporting the Contribution Management process, you’re providing training and coaching to all team members on the process, their level of contribution and their future development.


Trusted Advisor & Coach

  • You have developed a deep understanding of our business and built strong trusting relationships with team members across Torani. People managers and team members come to you pro-actively for advice and guidance.
  • As sensitive team member relations arise, you’ve thoughtfully charted the best course of action that reflects our values AND keeps us compliant. When workplace investigations are necessary, you’ve conducted them with an open-minded & thorough approach, provided clear recommendations, and taken ownership for the process. Your coaching and guidance ensures people managers are growing in confidence, skill and autonomy.


Strategic Thought Partner

  • Passionate and curious, you’re on top of and fully understand the latest HR/Organizational Design trends and best practices. Working closely with the VP of People & Culture, you’re translating that insight into strategies and approaches that support our short and long term plans.
