Acts as primary change and project manager for the organization's culture. Responsible for conceptualizing, developing, communicating, and implementing programs and processes that align our current and future workforce with business results. Works collaboratively with all departments and functions to optimize efficiencies and implement human capital strategies

Job Specific Duties

  • Develops, implements, and maintains a company-wide competency framework to drive organization strategy and values
  • Researches, develops and implements best practices; assesses organization's performance to industry norm and aligns practices with business needs, initiatives, and strategic direction
  • Provides thought leadership to business leaders to enhance organizational design and effectiveness, culture, and talent capabilities
  • Serves as an advisor to business leaders to provide guidance and to improve individual, team, and organizational effectiveness
  • Interfaces with TM&E partners to identify organizational development needs (e.g., organization design, team and leader effectiveness, talent strategies and tactics, change management plans, etc.)
  • Provides consulting in organization design, employee surveys and action plans, change management, group facilitation, & coaching to support business leaders in achieving strategic/business objectives
  • Develops/ implements project plans & leads project management phases for organizational development engagements to attain desired outcomes & accomplish objectives within specified timeframe & budget
  • Identifies risks and barriers to success of projects, plans, and programs
  • Creates implementation plans and collaborates with internal communications to develop engagement assessment rollout material, key findings/summary reports, and action planning toolkits
  • Conducts organizational diagnostics & gap analysis; identifies strengths, opportunities, gaps, risks, challenges, & potential solutions to deliver organizational effectiveness initiatives & services
  • Researches trends and remains current with organizational developments, techniques, and technologies to support current and changing needs of the organization
  • Develops and executes change management plans for projects, initiatives, organizational structure, and culture changes
  • Establishes, monitors, & reports on Organizational Development's metrics to keep stakeholders informed, track effectiveness, ensure alignment with business direction, & to adjust practices accordingly

Minimum Job Requirements

  • Master's Degree Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, HR, Education or related field (Required)
  • OTHER Active Coaching Certification
  • 3-5 years Experience with leading edge methods and approaches creating sustainable competitive advantage through Human Capital (Coaching, Consulting, Facilitation, Succession Planning, Strategy Development and Deployment, Employee Satisfaction and Engagement, Problem Solving, Change Management, Conflict resolution, etc.)
  • 1-3 years Project Management experience, developing and implementing strategic initiatives and leading large scale change
  • 2-4 years Experience in the design and conduct of Organizational Development interventions such as team building, workshops, coaching, etc
  • 2-4 years Working with Senior leadership effectively coaching and consulting
  • 2-4 years On stage performance, presentations and facilitation
  • Intermediate to Advance level of MS package Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook/Visio
