Reporting to the VP, Compensation and Benefits, the Sr. Director Global Benefits leads the design development and delivery of our overall benefits strategy. The Sr. Director, Global Benefits owns health, retirement and wellness programs along with policies impacting work life. You will be responsible for the effectiveness of our benefits and programs as key factors in our employee attraction, retention and engagement while aligning with our business strategy.


Success Factors: Your contributions to the team

Benefits Strategy

  • Lead the global benefits strategy and administration
  • Provide proactive consultation, analysis and direction on benefits design
  • Deliver expert advise as SME on legislation and statutory requirements, competitive environment and global best practices in the benefits space

Benefits Management

  • Implement and maintain effective risk management, governance and compliance frameworks for all benefits plans
  • Own partnerships with brokers, vendors and consultants
  • Utilize data driven methods to analyze and recommend direction related to greatest need and impact for the organization

Benefits Team

  • Direct team for successful execution of annual open enrollment processes including plan design and communication
  • Partner with international consultants and brokers to evaluate and deliver best in class global programs
  • Ensure financial accuracy of benefits data and compliance with appropriate regional, state and federal regulations
  • Lead implementation and ongoing management of wellness and work-life programs

Capabilities: What you bring to the team

  • Qualified applicants will possess a bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Preferred candidates will have 10 years benefits management experience which include knowledge of Sec 125, COBRA, FMLA, HiPAA, IRS and FLSA regulations.
  • Must have experience developing benefits and wellness strategies; working with self-funded and high deductible plans; and exposure to design/development of global benefits programs
