The Senior Manager, Human Resources develops high-level strategic business partnerships within an assigned business group in the division to provide sound direction and guidance to business leaders, people managers and employees.  The Senior Manager, Human Resources will deliver HR partnership through: talent management, performance management, employee relations and the orchestration of other HR services.

·Provide strategic business partnership to leadership teams, create and apply HR strategies to achieve desired business results.
·Partner with leaders to define and create the optimal organizational design to achieve desired business results.
·Manage financial drivers related to headcount decisions.
·Partner with the talent acquisition team to ensure a focused, proactive and effective approach to talent selection. Ensure a high talent mindset is maintained and a talent bench is in place for leadership and critical roles.
·Participate in interviews, selection, performance evaluation, engagement and development for primarily leaders and leadership teams. 
·Implement and administer engagement surveys, facilitate feedback sessions and impact planning.  Support the engagement strategy creation and execution.
·Provide proactive guidance, coaching and partnership in support of performance management, including talent reviews, performance reviews, talent calibration, individual development plans and succession planning.
·Provide proactive guidance, coaching and partnership in the areas of individual and team development to drive improved organizational performance and employee growth. 
·Interpret and administer company policies and guidelines and counsel others in equitable application.
·Plan, evaluate, research, and/or recommend systemic and/or process improvements for the human resources function.
·Partner with employees and managers to communicate various Human Resources policies, procedures, laws and standards.
·May manage and evaluate the performance of 1 or more employees.

  • Bachelor’s Degree required·SPHR / PHR certification preferred
  • 10 + years relevant experience required.
  • Advanced understanding of business strategy, organization design strategy, workforce planning, talent selection, engagement, development and employment laws preferred.
