    POSITION PURPOSE/SUMMARY

     

     

     

    The Talent Acquisition Lead will assist in all facets of the recruiting process, utilizing excellent communication skills and professionalism, to identify top prospective employees to help serve in Rapid Response’s mission.

     

     

     

     

     

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

     

     

     

     

     

    • Full-cycle recruitment coordination/support for an assigned group of positions

    • Full accountability for scheduling interviews, debrief sessions and any other assessment/testing for all candidates within assigned groups 

    • Be a Rapid Response representative in networking and recruiting events.

    • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, making travel arrangements for candidates as needed

    • Administer the Talent Acquisition strategy, including identifying creative approaches to recruiting support activities

    • Ensure all interview notes are collected and stored appropriately

    • Conduct first round of in person interviews

    • Coordinate second round of in person interviews with the Talent Acquisition Manager or Hiring Manager

    • Schedule post-interview debrief sessions between Hiring manager/HR/Recruiter

    • Interact with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers to ensure a successful onboarding experience

    • Track new hire onboarding process through start date

    • Help to plan and execute recruiting events

    • Identify and troubleshoot issues and escalate (or resolve) as appropriate

    • Identify opportunities for improving both hiring manager and candidate experience and scheduling efficiency; make process recommendations to achieve operational excellence

    • Other special projects, including supporting process development and documentation

     

     

     

     

     

Requirements

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

 

  • Ability to multitask in a high volume, fast paced environment 
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of professionals internal and external to the organization 
  • Highly collaborative, truly valuing a ‘one team’ dynamic 
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of professionals internal and external to the organization

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

 

BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or other relevant field.

2 or more years or more Recruiting or HR Administration/Coordination experience
