Primary Responsibilities

–      Completes hiring process with a sense of urgency while providing exceptional client service to hiring managers and candidates.

–      Reviews and proactively identifies qualified candidates for entry to mid-level positions throughout the organization utilizing various recruiting sources and interviewing methods.

–      Utilizes a broad range of sourcing strategies including networking, job boards, industry sites, applicant tracking database and employee referrals.

–      Partners with Hiring Managers to develop recruiting strategies and a thorough understanding of job requirements in order to successfully fill job requisitions.

–      Oversees the recruiting process for the Undergraduate Summer Internship Program

–      Manages the recruiting process for Parametric’s entry-level “Class Hires” program.

–      Develops and manages partnerships with select colleges, universities and diversity organizations.

–      Establishes and maintains strong working relationships with target college career services departments.

–      Facilitates college recruiting and diversity events including on-campus/onsite interviews, career fairs, presentations, conferences and student treks.

–      Other responsibilities as assigned, including work on team or HR projects, processes, or initiatives.



–       Bachelor’s degree preferred.

–       Minimum of 3 years of Recruiter experience.

–      Must be able to attend college-recruiting events during the work day and evenings as necessary.

–       Must have outstanding client service skills and respond to internal client and recruiting inquiries in a timely manner.

–       Solid sourcing skills and ability to identify qualified candidates.

–       Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

–       Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

–       Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.

–       Proficient to advanced computer skills, including all MS Office applications.

–       Experience with Workday Recruiting and/or other Application Tracking Systems.

–       Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

–       Proven ability to work in an innovative manner and within an ambiguous environment.
